Charlie

I learned in chapter 18 about the food pyramid and how to eat every day to stay fit.

Chapter 18

Chapter 18 is about nurturance and digestion and how you get fan and stay fit. It   is also about the food pyramid.

Frankie

I learned that there are good foods for you and there are bad foods for you. It all depends on the calories and the saturated fats in them.

Charlie

Also I learned about the different types of digestion. Mechanical and chemical and what the differences are between them.

Frankie

And that all foods contain protein except candy and other junk foods. Many foods contain vitamins in fruits and vegetables

Charlie

And finally I learned about the digestive system and the order in which it travels.

Frankie

When you exercise you sweat and you loose water off of your body. We also learned about the digestive system and how it works.
