Hello! My name is Miss Maria Luczak. I moved to the Crystal Lake area in the summer of 2008 from central Connecticut. I received my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education at Franciscan University of Steubenville in Steubenville, Ohio. I absolutely love teaching Kindergarten. I am truly grateful to be in an atmosphere like St. Thomas the Apostle, since I can teach about the richness of our Catholic faith. I am looking forward to witnessing the growth, both academically and spiritually, of my students throughout the school year!

Mrs. Pacheco, kindergarten 

 

My name is Mrs. Stephanie Pacheco. This is my second year at St. Thomas school, and I am thrilled to be here. Before I became a kindergarten teacher, I worked in preschool for eleven years. I began college when I began my family, and finally graduated from National-Louis University in 2009 with my degree in Early Childhood Education.  

 I am a mother of four. My oldest daughter, Jessica, graduated from St. Thomas and she now attends Marian Central High School. My oldest son, Artie, is in fifth grade here at St. Thomas, and my son, Kevin, is in first grade. I also have a three year old son named Patrick attending Little Saints PreSchool. My family and my dedication to my students keep me very busy, but I have finally learned the trick to get through it: get a job you love, a regular exercise routine, and make sure you have the Holy Spirit by your side. You will make it through anything!
